The necklace features a heavy, hand-fabricated silver chain linked with a series of bezel-set, cabochon-cut gemstones in an array of earthy tones, leading down to an extraordinary central cluster ornament. The focal point of the piece is a magnificent circular medallion pendant, masterfully encrusted with a dense, radiating mosaic of multi-colored stones including rubies, emeralds, and turquoise composites. Suspended directly beneath this disc is a stylized, heart-shaped dark stone amulet displaying a natural, eye-like mineral formation—traditionally utilized in regional ornaments as a protective charm against the evil eye (Nazar).
